Medium: Org Inductions/Dismissals

Have org inductions/dismissals send a note to the IMM’s when they are inducted/dismissed. Same for religions, but religion notes should ONLY be sent to the leader of that religion. Maybe org notes should only be sent to the IMM leader of that org.
