Now that you are staff, there are a couple of guidelines and rules to follow. While we’re a lenient team, there are certain things that have to be followed in order to contribute positively to Advent.
- Yes, you can be on an alt the same time you are on your IMM character. We do not want staff giving their alts free items or advancements without talking to an Admin first. We realize there will be instances where you will need to do this, and some staff create characters specifically as sacrifices for storylines which we allow the forced advancement of, but otherwise, your established RP characters should be left alone.
- Spoilers are never to be revealed to players.
- Alts of players are never to be revealed to players
- The background inner workings of the game (how RPP works, where the best gear is, etc.) is never to be revealed to players.
- Staff are expected to report any significant storyline developments to all staff so we’re all on the same page. This can be done via discord, the forum, or a note to IMM in-game.
- Any abuse of commands to harass a player will get you immediately terminated and potentially banned from the game.
- Anything discussed in private among the staff should not be shared with the players. Abuse of this will also get you terminated.
