Checklist for Creating New IMMs

Website Permissions

1. Give them the “Immortal” role on the website and redirect them to the Immortal Portal to review
2. Create their God e-mail and/or e-mail forward
3. Make sure imm@adventmud.org forwards to them
4. Give them access to Trello to take on any tasks

In-Game Permissions

1. Level them to 54 with trust of 53 to start
2. Point them to important helpfiles to review

Discord Permissions

1. Make sure there aren’t any open complaints about player to be scrubbed from past discussions
2. Give them the IMM role
3. Announce to the playerbase about the new immortal
