Building Quests

To view existing list:  qlist

To create a new quest:  qedit create <vnum>

To edit an existing quest:  qedit <vnum>

Type:  command to see all of the commands.

Steps:
1 Say yes to the master of the arcane in the university
2 Go to the Gadgets and Gizmos shop on Coalet Ave
3 Visit the second location listed on the scroll
4 Visit the third location listed on the scroll
5 Visit the fourth location listed on the scroll
6 Return and give the scroll to the master of the arcane
7 Visit the sword master in the university
8 Say yes to the small blades instructor in the university
9 Go to the Fruit of the Sea shop on Latimer Drive
10 Visit the second location listed on the parchment
11 Visit the third location listed on the parchment
12 Visit the fourth location listed on the parchment
13 Return to the sword master and give him the parchment

Title:  This is the name of the quest and what is visible when a player types Quest.  Do not change this for the first 20 quests.

VNum: Virtual Number – the identification number for the quest.  This is not tied to areas.

Enabled: This is the switch to disable or enable a quest (quest triggers do not activate on a disabled quest).

Category:  Not used yet.

Level:  This is the security.  You can access a quest if your level is higher or you were the last editor.

Type:  Currently available options are Once or Daily (Task is just daily for now).  Daily quests reset 23 hours after completion.

Summary:  A summary of the quest.

Step <0-14> <string>: This lets you assign a quest.  Step 0 is only see if a quest is Abandoned or Restarted (Daily, for example).
