Act:
| aggressive | The mob becomes aggressive, attacking any visible characters that walk in. |
| banker | Flags the mob a banker. |
| changer | Means they convert silver coins to gold coins and vice versa. |
| cleric | Mob fights with cleric abilities. |

| healer | Flags the mob as a healer, non-casting. |
| mage | Mob fights with mage abilities. |
| mount | Flags the mob as a mount.. |
| no_track | Prevents the mob from being tracked. |
| pet | Flags the mob as a pet. |
| practice | Flags the mob as able to practice from. |
| sentinel | Causes the mob to stay in the room. |
| scavenger | The mob picks up dropped items. |
| stable_handler | Flags the mob as a stablemaster. |
| stay_area | The mob roams around but stays in the area. |
| thief | Mob fights with thief abilities. |
| train | Flags the mob as a trainer. |
| undead | Mob fights with undead abilities. Immune to calm, sleep, and poison. |
